Our two-night stay was delightful, especially with the stunning views over Bowness from our room and the overall cleanliness of the place. The staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. While the breakfast could have had larger portions, the quality and service were excellent. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from attractions and the countryside.

Amazing views and cozy vibes!
Had a fab 7-night stay here. The views were absolutely stunning and our room was so comfy and spacious, totally loved it! The staff were super friendly, especially Jackie and Lauretta, they made us feel right at home. Breakfast was on point! Just a bit of a walk to the lake, but totally worth it for the scenery.

The staff were so sweet. A delightful space to kick back and enjoy the scenery!
The shower pressure was so weak, I could've washed my hair with a teacup. And calling that pool a 'swimming area' felt a tad generous!

Perfect spot for a couple's getaway
The dinner was absolutely exquisite with delicious options that kept us coming back for more every night. And seriously, the staff were like family – they treated us like VIPs on our anniversary, even left us a card and goodies in the room.
It wasn't cheap, but let's face it, good things rarely are.

Stunning Views and Friendly Service
I had a fantastic stay with my partner in a Classic Plus room, where we were greeted with breathtaking views of the lake. The decor beautifully blends traditional charm with modern comfort, making our stay feel special. The staff were warm and welcoming, particularly Jackie and Lauretta at reception, who made us feel right at home. Although the dining service was generally good, there were a couple of minor mishaps with our orders which could use some improvement.

The location is superb. I loved the views from my room. The decor in the hotel feels modern and fresh. Staff greeted me warmly and were always approachable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection, though some items could've been hotter. Room provided ample space with comfortable chairs. The bed was cozy, and the shower worked well with plenty of hot water. I found the heating in the bathroom a bit excessive, especially given the warm weather during my stay. The soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could hear people moving in the room above me, which disrupted my sleep a couple of times. having to pre-book breakfast felt too regimented, making the experience less relaxing than I hoped. a lovely stay but a few adjustments could make it even better.
